Processing time is the amount of days we are putting your order together before it actually ships out. Our processing time ranges from 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping takes 3-5 days excluding weekends and holidays.
There’s two ways to track your order.
- Scrolling below and filling out the form. Tracking your order this way shows you what’s happening before it’s actually shipped as well as let you know if there is any problems with your order.
- When your order ships, you will be sent an email notification that will include the order’s tracking number. You will then be able to use that # to track your package HERE (Tracking this way show’s you where your package is after it’s been shipped)
Sometimes we run into back ups during huge sales or holidays. This may be the reason you are experiencing a long waiting period. Please also keep in mind our processing time for orders is 2-3 days (excluding weekends & holidays). If you do not receive a tracking email on the 2nd or 3rd day (excluding weekends & holidays) after placing your order please click here to contact us so we can better assist you.
Yes, you may change your shipping address for your order. Please contact us immediately by clicking HERE with your order number and your updated address. We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been set to ship out.
Uh oh! It looks like you may have entered an invalid address for your order or the mailing carrier has detected issues with your address. In order for us to ship your package out again contact us by clicking HERE. Please note there will be a $3 re shipping fee.
Yes, we do have International shipping available. Shipping for International orders vary from 10 days and up.
Oh no! When this occurs your local post office will be able to handle the situation better then we can. Most of the time when this problem happens, your package is sitting right at the post office waiting for you. Simply visit your local post office, show them your tracking number, and inform them of the problem.
Unfortunately, all sales are final. We do not refund orders, but we do offer store credit, generous coupons, and free shipping.
